Advans Adria d.o.o. together with Polar d.o.o. as the holder and with the companies Drvoplast d.d. and Marius d.o.o. consists of a consortium implementing the project INTEGRATOR "Innovative service Pick your own - growing organic food at points of sale." The project started on September 1, 2020 and lasts for 24 months.

The subject project refers to the active application of business model innovations with the parallel design and production of new innovative products that complement each other with innovative services. This complex set of innovation achievements is simultaneously created in several directions, within common domains, by four SMEs that together in synergy combine knowledge, capacity and competencies to achieve a business goal. The project aims to produce and commercialize innovative products and complementary services that solve the problem of healthy human nutrition with fresh foods of maximum nutritional value.

This project also in an innovative way stimulates organic farming and consumption of healthy food, fresh and immediately ready for use. According to the innovative new business model, the company expands its business by introducing new innovative services and offering new products, which means their business to a large extent. The companies gathered in the consortium through the implementation of the project significantly expanded the scope of their business and market presence, improved their business organization and increased their own competitive advantages by contributing to the common goal of increasing sales, revenue and profit.

The total value of the project is HRK 17,385,268.14, of which the grant is HRK 7,159,673.85 and is financed from the European Regional Development Fund within the Operational Program Competitiveness of Cohesion.
